Matcha Bliss Balls

St. Patrick’s Day Recipe Round Up

Happy (almost) St. Patrick’s Day! If you follow me on Instagram you know I eat a lot of green foods.  Green tea, green smoothie, green salads, green cookies, green energy balls are all in my monthly/weekly menu.  I figured what better way to celebrate St. Patty’s Day than to round up some of my favorite green recipes in this St. Patrick’s Day Recipe Round Up!

Matcha Latte Supplies

Matcha Latte

This 4 ingredient, super easy matcha latte is a staple in my weekly menu.  It’s fun alternative to coffee and the perfect afternoon pick me up!

Matcha Cookie

Matcha Chocolate Chip Cookies (Gluten Free & Vegan)

I took one of my favorite grain free chocolate chip cookie recipes and decided to mix a little matcha into the dry ingredients because I just LOVE the vibrant green color of matcha and the earthy flavor is a great contrast to the sweetness of the chocolate chips.

Collagen Protein Matcha Green Smoothie

This is one of my favorite variations on my green breakfast smoothie.  I was looking to change up my basic spinach/nut butter/banana/almond milk/protein powder smoothie and this is a great combo!

Matcha Bliss Balls

Matcha Bliss Balls

These are an amazing take on your tradition energy balls.  The recipe was created by Vital Proteins.  Looking for the earthy taste of matcha but not feeling cookies? These are the way to go! Perfect for a pre or post workout snack or an afternoon pick me up.

Chia Seed Pudding 3 Ways

Chia Seed Pudding (3 Ways)

No lie, I make a variation of this recipe everyday. It is my favorite dessert and/or afternoon snack.  The base recipe is so versatile and you can add any toppings or add ons you are feeling at a particular meal.

Ditch the green beer and treat yourself to one of these nutrient dense St. Patty’s Day recipes this year!
