It’s done at rest and is noninvasive (no needles!).

We offer a variety of group training options:

  • Virtual group training: Get your strength on from the comfort of your own home. Read more, view the schedule and sign up here.
  • Small group training: 1-6 people. You bring the group and the location and we’ll bring the trainer to you!

What if I’m not an “athlete”?

We consider an athlete anyone with performance goals (whether they are performance at work, as a parent, in your general workouts). So for our purposes, if you’d like to perform better in whatever it is you do, we consider you an athlete.

what are your prices?

It depends on what level of support you are looking for. We’d love to work with you to create a package that suits your needs and we offer “a la carte” pricing as well. We go over pricing in detail at your GTKY call.

I live in [insert your state here] can I work with you?

For coaching and virtual classes – yes! We can work with you in any state.

For nutrition: Currently Michael is a licensed dietitian nutritionist in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Massachusetts and can work with clients on nutrition in those three states. Liz is a licensed dietitian nutritionist in Alaska, North Carolina, and South Carolina and can work with nutrition clients in those states. We are open to getting licensed in other states so if you have a request, shoot us an email!

do you offer any in person sessions?

Yes! Our office is located in Cary, NC and we offer the option of virtual or in person sessions at this time for nutrition. Sweat testing must be done in person at our office. We are by appointment only so please send your provider an email if you’d like to schedule an in person session with us.

do I have to have a home gym to train at home?

Absolutely not! All you need is your body and some space. Yes, having some weights, bands, a mat and other smaller items would be helpful, but you do not need a fancy home gym to get in a great workout at home! Check out this blog post for some of our favorite at home workout equipment

do you take insurance for nutrition services?

Not yet! We are currently in the process of getting credentialed with some insurance companies to bill insurance for nutrition counseling services. But, if your insurance plan has a nutrition benefit we are able to provide a receipt or superbill so you can submit it to your insurer for potential reimbursement!
