This class provides 45 minutes of strength training specific to the needs of endurance athletes (think glute work, core work, unilateral movements etc.). Strength training is such an important part of keeping endurance athletes injury free and consistently training but it can be hard to prioritize while training for your next race. So join Liz virtually every Wednesday and get your strength training in with friends!

when: Sundays at 4:00pm Eastern time

This circuit based class provides 45 minutes of total body strength work using body weight, a mat, and weighted objects (whether that’s dumbbells or items you have around the house). This class is suitable for advanced fitness enthusiasts and beginners – modifications are always provided!

Join Liz for a 45 minute total body workout focused on the foundations of strength training! Each class with provide a total body workout while focusing on form and proper movement patterns. This class is suitable for those needing low impact workout routines and anyone who is looking to start a strength training routine for the first time.

What if I’m not an “athlete”? Can I still attend strength training for endurance athletes?

Definitely! The movements that benefit endurance athletes don’t ONLY benefit endurance athletes, it will be a great workout for anyone.

what are your prices?

Virtual group training classes are $10 per class with options for a discount when purchasing 10 classes at a time or doing our unlimited monthly option. You can see the pricing options and purchase classes here.

I live in [insert your state here] can I work with you?

For virtual group training, absolutely! You can attend classes from anywhere. Classes times are listed in Eastern time – so be sure to make note of time zones if you are not on Eastern time.

do you offer any in person classes?

We only offer virtual group training classes via Zoom at this time. Stay tuned in the future for in person options!

do I have to have a home gym to train at home?

Absolutely not! All you need is your body and some space. Yes, having some weights, bands, a mat and other smaller items would be helpful, but you do not need a fancy home gym to get in a great workout at home!

I cannot attend at the scheduled time, will classes be recorded?

Yes, classes will be recorded and sent out as soon as possible after class ends. They will be accessible via google drive for 7 days (until the next occurrence of the class) so you can “attend” class anytime of week that works for you!
