Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups oat or soy milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 4-6 medjool pitted dates
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a large glass and enjoy!
