In a mason jar or small tupperware bowl combine the coconut milk yogurt (or your yogurt of choice), chia seeds, and sweetener of choice.
Next, choose option 1, 2, or 3 and add the specific ingredients.
Mix thoroughly and place in the fridge for at least 20 minutes, or overnight - this allows the chia seeds to soak up some of the moisture and thicken the "pudding."
When ready to eat, remove from the fridge and top with cacao nibs, shredded coconut, and granola and enjoy!
